My friend's schedule is about to get super hectic so she wanted to enjoy a night out before that happened. We hadn’t been out in downtown Roanoke for several years, so really did not know where to go. We ultimately chose The Haven to begin the evening. We arrived around 7:30 PM on a Saturday and started the night with wine and the Hot Honey Dip appetizer. My friend has a severe gluten allergy, and when she asked what options would work for her, the staff kindly offered to substitute tortilla chips for the standard ciabatta bread. When the food arrived, we realized the chips were fried in-house, creating a cross-contamination risk for her allergy. When we pointed it out, the staff apologized immediately and handled it flawlessly. A staff member named Nukun went completely above and beyond—he actually walked over to the Blue Ridge Bodega next door and bought her a bag of certified gluten-free tortilla chips so she could safely enjoy the food! The dip was absolutely delicious (honestly, so good I didn't want to share!). In addition to that amazing act of kindness, my phone was dying, and I needed to save battery for our Uber ride home. We recently visited The Haven with a large group of friends, and the entire evening exceeded expectations. Managing a bigger group can be challenging, especially last minute, but the staff handled everything effortlessly and truly went above and beyond to make our night feel special. We made it a point to try all of the spring cocktails, and every single one was creative, well-balanced, and beautifully presented. On the food side, we ordered a wide variety to share, and everything that came out was consistently delicious—there wasn’t a single miss! The atmosphere really ties it all together. It has a hip, modern vibe that feels both lively and comfortable, making it perfect for a night out with friends. Lastly, the service—attentive, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming. Highly recommend for both small and large groups. We’ll absolutely be back!

best place in town. Best drinks, friendly staff and hot honey dips are out of this world. Location is accessible right in heart of the city. Live music every Thursday's. Noukh knows his cocktails. Must visit in Ronoake. Good times 💯✌️pool tables are fun.

Teriyaki Chicken, Tuna, BBQ Pork Tacos, Pizza, Salmon 🤤 Also, had the hot honey dip, hot honey margaritas, and blueberry mojitos! Everything was delicious!

Amazing vibe. we got the buffalo chicken wrap, slaw and bacon ranch flat bread and both were amazing! Atmosphere is nice and service was great! 10/10 recommend!!!
